My thoughts on microblogs

There are very distinct benefits of microblogs such as real-time updating and instant feedback. Microblogs allow for an intimate interaction between you and your audience that can make them feel like they are a part of your business, or connected to you in some way. It's a great way to promote your product or service and keep up to date with the needs of your audience. Microblogs are, however, limited in that they only allow for you to share pieces of broad ideas, sacrificing detail for brevity. Also, due to the real-time nature of microblogs, failing to post for a couple of days could cause your audience to lose interest.
